Q. How do I make
a booking?
Call 0161 950 2823 to
book your hire.
Pay for the hire when
making your booking.
We accept
all major credit and debit cards.
A refundable deposit and
two forms of ID will be required when collecting the
equipment or before the equipment is delivered to the
venue.
All
hires are subject to contract
Q. Do we collect
the equipment from you or do you deliver it?
A. Most people
collect the equipment from us. We can deliver, set-up and
collect the equipment but there is a £50 charge on top of
the hire.
Q. Will the
equipment fit in my car?
A. The standard
package fits into a Fiesta or Clio size car with the seats
down... no problem.
Q. Do I need
training to use the equipment?
A. Basis
training is usually adequate, you will be shown how to
set-up and use the equipment when you collect it.
Q. Will my iPod
or Laptop plug into the equipment?
A. Yes no
problem. We'll provide the lead to connect your iPod or
Laptop to the mixer.
Q. Is the
equipment PAT Tested?
A. YES, all the
the electronic hire equipment is PAT Tested. If you need a
certificate for the venue, just ask a few days before it's
required.
Q. Is the
equipment insured?
A. NO,
The Hirer
undertakes full responsibility for the
security and safe keeping
of the hire
equipment, and accepts full responsibility for the loss or
damage of the equipment.
Insurance is available on-line from companies like musicguard.
